  • Saveapenny's husband - thanks for letting us know. Please pass on my best wishes, I hope she's up and about soon x
Dragonllew - great cards; my favourite is the cat one as well.
Melissa - I love your paperbag album. I'm definitely going to have to try that out :)
Zoe - Your card is so bright and colourful it would cheer anyone up; I'm sure the vicar's wife will love it.
Marg - what a great idea; very personal. I don't think I'd be tempted to make a card on the computer though, I find messing around with scissors and tape surrounded by papers and ribbons very therapeutic :D
Sosh - I use glitter felt-tip pens on my stamped images, but I've only done childrens' ones so far so they suited the bright colours.
Scattymum - I look forward to seeing your challenge card :)
Fluffybishop - I love your rabbit. Will you use it as a card? If so, will you find an envelope big enough?!
Minimacka - that's adorable! I think there's a horse trend starting; DD just bought a jumper with horses on :)

    Hope I haven't missed anyone out :)

Sosh - Ive bought some whisper pens they are water coloured but for the amount of time that ive used them they were quite expensive, and i got them on bogof for £10 a pack of 12 pens. I would maybe try just using pencils for now until you see how it goes.

Thanks for the advice minimacka. With a crafty 3 year dd in the house, there are plenty of pencils in the house! I'll give those a go.
Thanks to all the lovely people on here I have managed to cut my hours down to 2 days a week, allowing me to spend more time with my gorgeous Children. :j

  • Sunrise - this fortnight's challenge was a "sketch" challenge. I'll post you a link in a minute (need to trawl through the pages).

Minimacka - beautiful card, the papers are so pretty, they go well with your horse image.

Fluffybishop - really cute rabbit - it looks huge!
  • Sunrise - the challenge is on this page;

its post 1799 and it was posted by saveapenny.
  • Hope you are feeling better soon Saveapenny I have recently been in hospital myself and know how alienating it can feel. One of the best things I had while I was in there was a notepad to jot things down as time goes so slow when you are in there.

I have been catching up with all the posts and loving all the cards, well done everybody they are fantastic!
Here I stand, foot in hand
    staring at the wall
I'm not quite right at all
  • Knew I'd forget someone ....
CT - I love your cupcake! Glad you found it as easy as the pram, I thought it looked much more complicated :p
I do think it needs a cherry on top; I've got a lovely red glittery gel-pen here - if you like I could colour in a scrap of paper for you to cut some circles out and mount on card? PM me your address if you do and I can get it in the post tomorrow.
