Hello Mr Saveapenny - Please give Saveapenny my very best wishes for a speedy recovery - I'd missed her but thought perhaps she'd gone away for a few days. not to hospital though!
I'm not supposed to on here as we go away later today but can't resist a last chat.

Can any of you help me out here ? I've made a Thankyou card for the carers at the care home mum was in but I'm struggling to know what to put inside. Saying Thanks doesn't seem enough and all the 'Thankyou' poems I can find don't cover saying this sort of 'Thanks'...........I've tried to work one out for myself but can't think of anything:confused:

  • Sosh - Ive bought some whisper pens they are water coloured but for the amount of time that ive used them they were quite expensive, and i got them on bogof for £10 a pack of 12 pens. I would maybe try just using pencils for now until you see how it goes.

    Hi everyone

I went to the Make It craft fair in Farnborough over the weekend and bought 2 lovely templates that make lovely childrens cards - and large too. They can be used as a wall hanging or shelf display after the event.
One is a rabbit, the other a teddy bear. I have made the rabbit and here is a pic. I am not happy with the mouth, though it looked lovely on the display one on the stand where I bought it and I have tried to copy that.
The legs, arms, ears are attached with brads and so it is fully jointed and fold up flst to fit a C5 size envelope. The clothes are adapted from the template too and I added self adhesive paper lace. The ruler is a 12 inch one to give you an idea of the size!!!

    Get well soon saveapenny
