    Hi all

Gosh - I am SO tired today! Dragged myself out of bed and have been walking round like a zombie all day despite the ever growing list of things to do! So, am going to pop a list on here, and then log off and see what I can atually get done! Fingers crossed it'll help as I'm procrastinating somewhat so far.

*Ring British Gas and get boiler person as have NO hot water. :( At least I have cover for the boiler.
*Ring Council to tell about him going to change council tax
*Abbey - ring again about mortgage and try to find out what's going on
    *Pay in cheque to bank
*Check CCCS payment gone out - if not, sort today! Pay into PO.
*Tidy downstairs of house - an absolute disgrace, again!
*Ring tax credits to inform of change in circs
*Ring CSA - make first enquiries, set ball rolling etc.
*Buy car seat for DS as apparently the one he bought is to stay in his car, as he bought it?!?!Gobsmacked.
*Call friend so I can go round and have a shower!
*Pack up parcels for those who I didn't get to see over christmas and send off presents (or at least get them ready)
*Begin thank you letters - at least, even if not finished today, need to start them off - get the kids to get creative with some cards :)

    Phew!!

    Better get started!!

    Hope you are all fabby.

Blimey that's a list and a half, Sea! Concentrate on just a few of them rather than trying to do all!

Ah crap - amazing how one phone call from him can bring me back crashing down to earth! Not feeling so positive now - I know I need to accept that he just doesn't really give a !!!! about the kids now, but it's really beginning to hurt. When will this stop affecting me so much? I am trying really hard to not let it bother me, but it's not working just yet.

    Sorry for the moan!

Ah sea, big hugs, I'm so sorry that he is being a pain, I know its easier said than done, but remember he is the one loseing out, hes not the one getting the hugs, the smiles, the I love u,etc, I would say be careful in the nicest of ways, regardless of how much you want to, dont rant and rave at him if he comes to see the children, set boundaires, I bet a penny to a pound, he shocked at how much u have got on with things, whereas he may of been expecting u to break down and beg him to stay, and u haven't, ur stronger than he expected, and this is his way of trying to upset you.

Is there any chance if he comes for the kids u could have someone with u, and have a back up plan if he fails.

Sounds a daft question, but have u changed your locks x

Hi Sea..you're not moaning!!!!...I guess it will hurt for a while..I really don't know how long.
What I do know though is that you will get through this as you are strong. After the tricks he's pulled in the time we've known you nothing was ever going to be straight forward with him.Just remember to hold your head high as you are in the right and he probably hates the fact that you are managing to hold everything together. We are all here for you when you need us...take care xx

Hi thanks so much. Just a shock I guess. Just found lots of cards from the kids to him for fathers day, bday etc, with handprints etc in that he's left - on purpose - as they were in an empty drawer of his that he emptied already. I just don't get it. And don't worry - I'm keeping my ranting for on here!!

Went on CSA website - says I'll be entitled to £160 a month from him. But that is if he has the kids 104 days a year - which the way he's started won't be happening.
