i changed my account on the 8th of january to the high interest account and was told the money would go in on the 22nd of january this didn't happen i phoned up and asked ifthere had been a problem with the process i was then told the account had been closed and switched to the high interest account and the money would not go in until the 8th of february and the other member of staff should not have told me the 22nd i then phoned up last week on the 2nd to check that the account had been sorted out and was told that there was no information about my other calls and was put on hold while they sorted it out i was then told it would be 7-10 working days before payment was put in my account i then got a letter this morning telling me
" following the redesignation of your account to the high interest account on the 8th of january an omission was made, unfortuatley the moneyback accrued before this account was redesignated was not noted."
i was then told to phone the call centre who had no idea what iwas going on about as no notes had been put on my account and that she would put the process through and would take up to 7-10 days so after she put me on hold and got back to me i told her what had happened and asked what could be done to which i was put on hold again and then told i would be rung back on thursday to confirm whether or not the could process it faster as she had to send them an email regarding the account and money back!! :-(
so now i hav to wait for thursday before i get any more information regarding the cash!!0 -

Mine went in yesterday. Had to ring them as it just showed as cash whereas last year it said moneyback. I got £100. Just need to make sure I don`t go overdrawn!0 -
