You have cheered me up no end with this!

Husband survived the night, you'll be pleased to know and was actually quite sweet this morning ... the usual tea in bed etc. He advised not to stash my Ice money in Kent Reliance (dodgy building society lending to possibly sub-prime in Chatham) and says we'll need the money to pay for conservatory and new kitchen and general builidng works. Which is true, but with architects your own house is always the last to get done and I've been waiting soooo long! But cheered up that these works might actually happen in the foreseeable future.

Thanks to all for messages of support this morning ... so sweet of you. Good luck to any with fixed/non fixed/joint/non joint/ISAs/instant access accounts which the FSCS seem to have ballsed up.
