Absolutely....although when he looks at me with those big brown eyes, I forget everything I've said and dole out the doggie treats. There's never any hope for a dog/cat/rabbit/gerbil/etc. owner.

That is very unkind and uncharitable, you do not know their circumstances, for example they may have just sold their house and put it there temp while looking for another.

And many of us are sweating whether we had £500 or £500,000 with Icesave.

Would I be cycnical in thinking that the FSCS purposely delayed sending out today's email to prevent any BACS payments being processed until next week? All those receiving emails today got them at 16.41 :think:

And as for being cynical about the FSCS' timing: I think you are being quite realistic actually. I wouldn't put it past them.:think:
