Anyone doing the pots of gold and buying the pots from Ikea may be worth knowing if you take in min 5 books to their customer services they will give you a £5 gift card. Its a charity thing they are doing at the moment until 11th October i think. I posted about it on the grabbit section and link is below:

Just a wee thing I thought of when I was in Tescos they had bags of silver coins and I thought I could make pots of platinum to add a wee spin to the idea.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Here are 2 of my 3 pots of gold. I used the ikea yellow glass bowls (still scanning at 99p in gateshead). I have used gold coins, werthers original, a £10 Next gift card and a pot of gold £2 scratch card. I have also slotted in the reciept behind the gift card incase there is a problem with the card (next gift cards are gold in sainsburys!) Just waiting for my gold hessian cellophane to come from ebay then they will be done and wrapped!! Got to do one more for my BIL but his will just have a couple of scratchcards in as he has an expensive pressie aswell.
Excuse state of table behind I have had a crafting morning which has been very productive and not tidied up yet as I plan to craft this afternoon aswell!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Hi all, just come back from Ikea at Wednesbury and the yellow pots there are 49p now with a big yellow sign over the top, so i'm guessing there are different offers at different ikeas. But definitely 49p at Wednesbury!0
