Hello all!
This is my very first post!! Thought I ought to join, and take up some challenges...about time i did something about my debt. It's not as high as some i've seen, but it's more than enough for me.
Anyway, having moved house, I've started to get my final bills through. They looked a bit high so i phoned and questioned them, and now i have nearly £100 in cheques winging their way to me!! Yay me!!
Thanks for 'listening' to my ramblings, hope to make more sense next time!
Sammey xOh for Goodness' Sake!! Here we go again

find something in freezer for tea, probably tuna fishcakes.
Usually do baking Friday morning but not sure this week, last couple of w/e have thrown away stuff, so will wait till Sat morning and ask what they would like in the way of muffins/twinks/cake etc
Have DSD here this weekend so not sure about Saturday tea, will ask her if she wants pizza or cajun chicken wraps, when she has decided, she can help make themshe sees this as a boring thing, but I think she needs to learn, my DD always helped me in the kitchen and now I get phone calls from her asking about cooking stuff for her DDwho is just going onto solids....ahhhhh the memories lol
Am back off to bed now, and hope I can sleep, its getting to be a bit of thing with me and is really annoying, just hate lying there thinking I should be asleep, then 5 hours till I need to get up, 4 hours, 3 hours etc etc lol

good luck and hugs to all who need them, i'm sending warm fuzzies to all...
it sounds as if you are all so organised when it comes to christmas, i'm starting to panic, as i have gifts for many, but the more difficult to buy for have nothing.... wich is normally where i slip up, and panic buy exspensive junk at the last minute!!!! i'm really pleased that i have been buying bits for ages though, as it will take off the strain in December...
i've just had some good news, they have made my job permanent, :j which is a weight off, as i would have been looking in a few months...
i have joined the grocery challenge, and have been really good at listing all of the bits of junk that i buy in my lunches, as these seemed not to count last month, and i'm sure thay add up!!!!
i really need to start planning meals, and actually sticking to the plan, as this seems to be a major downfall for me...
i still need to cut right down though, and this week alone i have spent £8.05 on lunches at work when i could have taken something from the cupboards, and we are going to the pub for lunch today.... (some one's birthday)
i need to get my savings account with a bit of a buffer in it, and am going to need a new washing machine and fridge freezer soon.... i'm hanging on for as long as possible though.
have lovely weekends all. xxx :T
