Which is probably how the majority felt.
Those 'in the know' probably relied on people feeling that way. So unfortunate that it transpires they are both 'ungentlemanly and unethical'. Complete betrayal of trust.
On a different note: Where's Belfastgran got to these days?
BelfastGran is watching and at this minute writing to members of the Treasurery Select committee and others and I do hope others are writing as well, perhaps on behalf of an elderly relative does not have have Email, people who are suffering because of this and are isolated and don't know what is going on!!!0 -
It would also be worthwhile contacting Lord Turner. He is the Chairman of the FSA. He can be emailed by following the same instructions for Lord Mandelson.(Post 1673) Just scroll further down the list until you find Lord Turner of Ecchinswell.0

Not to put a damper on but in joylikes2shop's post 1661(at the top of this page)
The Lord's seem to be saying that the FSA doesn't regulate PMS.
I'd be afraid of being fobbed off yet again
It's really annoying the way they do that!!"Our Society is one of the great successes of our Church"

Just thought we should enlighten the FSA as to our side of the story as they are carrying out an investigation into PMS. I'm sure the Directors will have made their views known.0 -

Yes, I agree. Just because they DIDN'T regulate the PMS it doesn't mean that they SHOULDN'T have regulated it.
I am in a letter writing mood tonight!
Good on you BelfastGran; you are an example to the rest of us. :grouphug:0 -

His email service is not working at the moment, so you'll have to hard copy.'

sickasaparrot wrote: »To send an email to Lord Mandelson type - they work for you - into your search engine.
Click on "lords"
There is a very long alphabetical list - scroll down and click on his name. Then click on "send a message to Lord Mandelson". This opens a page entitled "write to them". Complete the required details and if you have any energy left after that compose your letter to him. Good luck!!
Done, although not being allowed to copy and paste was a bit of a pain.
Thanks for the contact details.:T0 -

"Done, although not being allowed to copy and paste was a bit of a pain"
In case the thought of having to type in a seperate letter to each of the men in the Lords was putting you off contacting them I have just done all of mine with no bother!!:rotfl:
It DID allow me to copy and paste but I copied each one from an original one I had in my ordinary hotmail account so go on try it and see! Then you can personalise it once it is copied!!
:j
So please, all write and make their Personal Assistants' Monday a PMS one!!!!0
