Still no order and still no reply from 2 emails I have sent them:mad:

I got 2 emails saying that my orders would be honoured and then 2 emails confirming dispatch but they were both for my second order. First order is still showing as "in progress". Just received second order today, not what I ordered but still ok but no sign of the first one. Should I email them?

I havnt recievd anything yet....I ordered twice and nothing.......first one still says dispatched and second in progress,getting nowhere.....

Just sent an email and get one of those emails sent out stating a backlog of orders the bit that confuses me is the order they have despatched is the last order I did late at night yet the first one I di in the early evening with the lower order number still says in progress and hasnt been touched so if when they go through the orders they do it say by the time of ordering then I should have had the first order sent out not second,say they do it alphabetically by name then they will be done at the same time....I just cant get my head around it,looks like the second order has been sent out though but not the first.....wow baffled....we will get there....keep those fingers crossed.

Ok, after sending the 2 emails and getting no reply, I rang them and they said that due to the site crashing they have a backlog of emails to get through. So I'll just have to wait and see, but at least I spoke to a nice man and feel a little less annoyed;)

when did your card get charged for your item s- I have an email saying it has been dispatched today but still not been charged

Why are you all emailing them? It's only been 4 working days and they've sent emails advising there may be a delay in delivery. Patience is a virtue.

Just had an email to say my order has been despatched. Was starting to worry as in my account was still saying "in progress".

Mine is still showing in progress, but I'm being patient, lol.
