I got my email last week saying they are honouring my order i have 2 orders the first one says dispatched that was last thursday i knew i would not have it delivered over the weekend so i expected it today but i havent received it yet .I hope it isnt lost is anyone elses been saying dispatched for the last few days and not received anything yet ?

My second order still says being processed .

I think this sounds like you must be getting your order as i'm sure there would be a mutiny if some were and some weren't, I really don't know why we got that email saying the order was cancelled followed by the one that said it would be honoured

Oh well, will let you know if and when I receive it!

Im in the exact same situation as you carlos700 i to did 2 orders and first one has said dispatched since last thurs and second says in progress......had two emails saying the honouring it but they were sent at exactly the same time and the puzzling bit is the dispatched order was the second one I did and has a higher order nu and the the progress one has a lower order nu.....

i got the email saying that they were honouring my order but when i try and log in it says that my account is suspended and to contact customer services!

Woo Hoo my order was delivered today by pardelforce everything was there and they also gave me a few free perfume samples and the stunning gift christmas book with money off vouchers in.
Now all i have got to do is get them all wrapped.

Just checked my bank account and my first order payment is now showing on my bank statement ,it wasnt showing earlier today so i would imagine i will be receiving my order tomorrow
