I have received my email confirming the order will be honoured. Just checked the 'progress' of my order on website and it is still in progress. God they must have had thousands of orders because of this glitch, judging by the fact that this thread has been viewed over 25,600 times!!!!!!!!

i made two orders too - one small one medium. i got two emails explaining the undercharging thing and there might be a delay etc etc. got the small order this morning! that's dd's friends' xmas pressies done!

just waiting for the medium delivery now, which contain a few people's 'main' pressies, which otherwise i wouldn't have been able to afford! thanks superdrug they've certainly gone waaaay up in my estimations!!

I have received an email saying I was undercharged and they have cancelled my order so I'm mad about that. How come some are honoured and some are not.
