emails just come through all they are saying is my order has been despatched and thankyou for my orders whoop whoop,;; nothing about charging wrong . i did think after the phone call yesterday that we would get them well done **superdrug**

Well, I was happy until I got an e-mail to say that they had cancelled my order. I did not cancel it and am Bleeping furious:mad: I tried ringing CS, but they finished supposedly at 5.30pm but I rang at 5.25pm and no-one there now till Monday. I have sent them an email asking them to sort it out:mad::mad:

most people on here have received the items or an email but i havnt had any. surely then cant honour some and not others!

Hopefully you will get your email later tonight or tomorrow. I have to wait for my reply to the email I sent regarding their cancelling of my order, but on reading the previous posts they might honour it after all
