Superdrug 3 for 2 glitch online, buy 1 get 2 free!!

I've just rang to find out what's happening and found out the MOSAIC 8 PIECE MANDARIN & GRAPFRUIT BLUE SET was out of stock, so have allowed them to cancel that so they can dispatch the rest of the order. However I am a little suspicious as I had also ordered the SPA PARADISA AWAKE YOUR SENSES GIFT SET andh they have told me everything else is in stock. Yet an earlier post said this is what they were waiting for????

Just had an email from them, more of my items are out of stock - I am absolutely hopping mad!! Almost 4 blooming weeks and now they tell me!! :mad:

I appreciate it was a glitch on their website but surely once they decided to honour it the glitch becomes irrelevant?

I had these things earmarked for various people and now it looks like I am going to have to go shopping, I could have taken advantage of the 20% off at M&S yesterday if I had've known!

I got an email yesterday as well telling me that more of my items were out of stock. In fact, that makes my whole order now out of stock. Superdrug still had the cheek to ask me if i wanted to keep the order open - WITH NO ITEMS AVAILABLE.

I am not a happy customer. I realise that this was a glitch on the website but THEY agreed to honour/fulfill the order and then 5 weeks on decide they cant.
