my account still says temp. suspended, contact customer services, but i got the email saying they were going to honour it a while ago.... worth hanging on before i ring?

I'd say that you need to contact them, it's doubtful that they will un-suspend it until you do...but it's up to you. See what other people suggest first though.

Legally, Superdrug do not have to honour this glitch.

I sat for hours trying to place a order and stupidly didn't take a note of the order number. I read on here that people had received emails from Sperdrug and tried to log into my account to find out what was happening and it didn't recognise my details and said I didn't have a account, I therefore presumed I had wasted my time and wouldn't be getting my order. Today I was very surprised to receive my order from Superdrug :j BUT I don't know how much I have been charged as it only has a despatch note included and it still won't recognise my account details will just have to wait for credit card bill which is due any day.

i recieved my second order today!

first order was a little one which i paid £11 for (pressies for dd's school friends), and it arrived ages ago.

second order was for 6 main presents worth £60 which i paid just under £20 for - it arrived today, and they're already wrapped! am so pleased... especially as we're so hard up at the moment. this came at the PERFECT time. i'm so impressed with superdrug, and will be doing most of the rest of my xmas shopping there now! xxxx

They do have these in your local superdrug store which I noticed the other day and they looked huge compared to the ones we saw online,its also 3 for 2 still in store I think but this time it realy will be 3 for 2 not 3 for 1:rotfl:
