Superdrug 3 for 2 glitch online, buy 1 get 2 free!!

I too have rec'd my email saying they will honour the order, however, a lot of people are stating they have rec'd either their order or a dispatch email.......

Is it too soon for me to send an email to superdrug asking what has happened to my order?

I realise they must be so busy so i dont want to add to their workload but likewise i dont want to get forgotten.

What do you think I shoud do?

If you do email them you will recieve an email sent to everyone along the lines of this

Mine still saying 'In Progress' & not had any communication since the 'we will honour order' email Hope they arrive soonish as planning on visiting family in the next few weeks & 2 of the presents I need are in this order.
