I have tried that - 'still in progress'

Have sent an email earlier in the week and they assured me that they were hoping to dispatch everything by thursday of this week, sent another email asking for progress report earlier today.

Lets see what happens from there......

I'm in the same boat - I contacted customer support via email and was told about the backlog but they gave no indication of a delivery date.

I've now had mine delivered - have to say I am impressed with the things we ordered. Ordered 85 quids worth of stuff and they have charged me a miserly £32. Thanks to OP.

I had an email from Customer Support this morning.

Please be advised that we are waiting for stock of the Spa paradisa gift
set that you have ordered. For quicker delivery and guaranteed Christmas
delivery we can cancel that item from your order and send the rest to
you. Please can you confirm if you would like this to be done.

What would you do? How would cancelling one of 6 items affect the discount? Hmmmm

Finally got my order today, am very pleased with it - that's 7 xmas presents sorted AND 2 birthday presents sorted for January!!!

If i were you i would wait and just query as to how long you will have to wait! HTH
