Superdrug 3 for 2 glitch online, buy 1 get 2 free!!

I have today rec'd an email telling me part of my order (beautilicious slipper set) has been cancelled as no stock and no more coming in .:eek:

I have tried to call them but the phone just rings and rings..

What I need to know is how it will affect my price. I ordered 9 items in total costing a total price of £29.97. However the actual breakdown is:

BEAUTILICIOUS SLIPPER GIFT SET Now cancelled £9.99 x 1 £9.99

RIMMEL COLOUR PALLETTE GIFT SET £9.99 x 1 £9.99

OLAY FACE GIFT SET £9.99 x 1 £9.99

Obviously with the glitch being 3 for 1, what do you think they will charge me????

Just gone to check on progress of my order and still stating "in progress", also ordered the Spa Paradise set, so wonder if that's the hold up. Will email CS to verify progress.

My order is now released for dispatch with one item cancelled.

My original order was for 6 items totalling £54.94 and my bill was going to be £20.98 so the discount was £33.96

With a £8.99 item cancelled the 5 items total £45.95 and they have given me a discount of £24.97 so I am still paying £20.98

So it appears they will deduct the price of the cancelled item from the total original price and from the original discount.

This means the amount to pay is still the same as the original order.

I realise I am getting one less item for this price but still a great deal.

Feel free to correct me if I have understood the figures incorrectly

Ok...Hannah Montana Gift Set is no longer available and new stocks will not be coming in so my order was on hold. (Why they couldn't contact me to tell me that, I don't know :rolleyes: AND it's a bit annoying as I had ordered reeeaaalllly early in the offer and they were in stock for ages after my order was made, but hey ho such is life. ).

Anyway, my choice was to cancel that item (I had 3 of them ordered) or cancel the whole order. Mmmmmm, tough choice, let me see............ok cancel that item please and send the rest. They will credit the cost of the set back to me after order is sent apparently.

Which HM set was it? I ordered 3x 2 different sets (for DD to give her friends for xmas) & my order arrived this week.

I'm assuming it's this one as the other HM thing I ordered wasn't called a 'Gift Set' it was a cosmetic bag.

Just seen it's listed as in stock on the site.

anyone still waiting? My order still says in progress I have emailed them this morning saying I understood they had a back log but any idea when I may receive my order will wait and see how they reply

gosh i would play up if i was you i got mine weeks ago! they have already sent u the email honering the glitch so they have no excuses! they wouldnt leave a regular sale this long!

I've still not got mine so just called them and there are several items now out of stock, I'm absolutely furious that they didn't have the decency to let me know, the annoying thing is that I was just about to order loads more stuff as they have a lot of stuff reduced now but if that is how they are going to treat customers they can get stuffed! :mad:

The guy on the phone couldn't have cared less, he sounded like he had taken a valium or something - maybe it's what you need when you work in customer services?!
