maybe its a stock issue with those that are being cancelled.... they may just not have any stock to supply the orders?

hummm,if that is the case (that not all orders are being honoured) Then thats really unfair!! I got an email saying they have honoured it however,not been dispached yet!

Don't know if it makes any difference but I joined superdrug online ages ago and recieve regular emails from them.

I recieved an email on Friday saying it would be honoured but delayed, but when I've checked the status on my account it says cancelled??
I've sent them an email but I'm not too hopeful. My order was only small about £17, mainly gifts for my daughters friends and teachers.

I wouldn't have minded so much if they would have at least offered me to keep my items if I paid the original offer deal - how rude

Have just checked my superdrug order history and its still saying "In Progress" so maybe there is hope yet.

I agree, mine is still 'in progress' but i havent had an email at all.
ive sent them 2 emails but no reply, i thought i had the last of my xmas shopping started too! not impressed

Anyone notice on the main page of superdrug there is an advert for "careers in superdrug" LOL! wonder if thats a result of a few sackings after the 341 mess up?? (im sure it isnt it just made me smile!)

Lo and behold! I have now got the email mentioned on here, ('although I have been undercharged, the will honour the order' etc) - No mention of the email I sent to them, but just the standard email most people have received.
My order was for £17 after the discount.
I won't know if it was because I emailed them that it has been honoured or if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them. I would be interested to know the outcome. Christmas spirit maybe?

I have also received an email as a response from what i sent them, it just sed they had a back log of 2000 orders and they would email me soon when my order is processed so i must be at the back of the que! didnt say they honour it thou!
