There we go - first order placed! Have been lurking on there for a while, but I kept finding that I'd put cakes and choc in my trolley and nothing else! Finally got a 'cooking ingredients' trolley full (OK, maybe there's a toblerone or two in there, and I had no choice but to buy a lemon 'turron' as I like to broaden my horizons and I'd never heard of it.....)

Ooh, there are a few new things (I hadn't seen them before anyway), choc raisins (similar to the yoghurt raisins already there) and some Robinsons drink. When people mention their status (eg: Shipment data received) where are they getting this information from? I don't know where to look for the status of my order.

I got the status from the DHL e-mail, now that I come to think of it seems a bit odd if it was to say the parcel was about to be picked up from Approved Foods as it says in the title 'your order has been dispatched' hmmm, I am even more confused now lol :rotfl: Oh well I guess it's just DHL jargon for 'we will get around to it eventually!' :D

Just had a dispatch e-mail from ( DHL ),:j looks like one of my parcels will be here tommorrow, I only ordered on the 25th Sunday, and again on the 27th, not sure which parcel it is but it looks like the  Notorious ( BIG D ) has sorted out his delay, well for me anyway. So 5 days total if the parcel turns up tommorrow, which they usually do, never had a problem with ( DHL ), lucky i suppose, so fingers x the other will be here on Monday.:T
  • thats a quick service for you.

I'm still waiting for my two orders from two weeks ago - not sure how much longer it will be with the delay?

guys if anyone could offer some advice here?

i really wanna get an order in sooo fustrating

Mine was unbelievably easy but I already had a google email address which I used to join with. I dont know if this helps you or anyone but I also then found that when I put in my next order the other day it was paid for before I knew it! Very easy!

So its left AP and is on its way to Sheffield distribution? If you have a tracking no you can track it on DHL website. I think its a fantastic tracking system myself!
If it says its left Sheffield it will be on its way to your local centre.
Then on its way to you.
