Really cheap food...however

I went down to the warehouse yesterday well worth the 150mile round trip,the money I would have paid for shipping more than paid for the fuel to get there.Dan and all his staff were most helpful,was able to purchase a lot of soup and beans which had just arrived at the warehouse.lots of bargains that are not on the web site,as I say well worth the trip.

150 miles in my car would have cost about £25/£30 in my car :eek:

My 7th and 8th order have now gone in, 48 tins of soup and chocs yum,
It looks like we are now all facing a 12 to 14 day delay in getting our orders, still the wait is worth it.:rotfl:

me too - and salad cream! it is a good ploy to get me to order more as everytime i go and check i add something else!!! up to £38 so far!!!!!

Lol, trying to stay below £30 but I know when i order beans my weight will tip over the edge and shoot up (delivery charge wise of course :rolleyes:)

Hi All,

Not a huge thing but I just wanted to make you aware that the pricing on the Horlicks Malt Light is a little confusing - at least it was for me, not sure if anyone else has managed to mess it up. Anyway rather than ordering 8 sachets I have ended up ordering 64. I put 8 in the order box as the website says 8 for £1 but it would seems that they come in boxes of 8 which is not completely clear, so I should have only put 1 in. I only realised when I was checking my order and I noticed I have been charged £8 rather than the £1 I was expecting.

Thought it was worth pointing it out - though it could well have just been me being stupid.

good point - there are some other items like that too. I think i done the same on pack items... always worth double cheking your order.

the light horlicks isnt too nice if you like horlicks stick to the full fat one!
