Just placed my first order too. I've gone for a case of the ww soup, chilli con carne jars, box of yoghurt raisons, a few bags of the cereal bars, some sachets of custard and strawberry dessert, penguin bakes, millyway minute bars and some of the bake your own cookie and easter cake sets. Can't wait to get them!

Well I had a surprise when I got home today!

Had a card through door from DHL saying there was a parcel at the neighbours for me, went round and picked it up to find it's a parcel from Approved foods! Thing is I haven't ordered anything!! Opened invoice to find it is a duplicate order of the order I placed and received last week!

Called Dan, who is so nice to talk to, and we have come to an arrangement that I will pay half price for the order, as I didn't order it and would be hassle to try and send it back. So Dan's got some money for the order and I've got more cheap food! My cupboards are groaning under the strain of all this food! lol

Does anyone know if there is still a 12 day backlog on orders? (please say no!)

Finally got through after an hour on redial !!! Patience is a virtue

Very helpful young man went and checked for my parcel in the warehouse and called me back. Order is there although some things were out of stock so we discussed which alternatives I would like as I thought it would be easier (and more goodies for me) than a refund.

So for anyone else who is still waiting for an order from the 14th, there are others still being processed and it is just a matter of time. I think the issue of a parcel number is done when they start to pack so you might need to hang a bit longer, apparently it will update when sent to the courier.

As I type this I have had an email confirming the amendments and my order is packed into 2 boxes :eek: awaiting collection.

Cant wait cant wait cant wait :rotfl:

Just check the DHL site and my order from the 14th has arrived at my local depot this am, hope this helps other people wondering when theirs will arrive.
