Thank you!The "boss" can only do so much, he is limited by the head office.
I am a Sales Assistant and many people have been coming into my store asking for discounts here and there. We are not able to honour these discounts, we have head office to answer to. When explaining this a few people fly off the handle and moan about it. We're only doing our jobs.0 -
You can't blame them for trying, ignore those who fly off the handle0

I was in Tesco earlier. I told them that I shop there every week and spend bucket-fulls and therefore expect them to give me a discount of at least 10%.
They told me where to go. Can I complain?"
we were in tesco recently when my parner tried to have a "bag for life" replaced as it had broken. but due to it not officially being a "bag for life" (ie. it had some other faff on the side of it) they said they could not replace it.
cue me walk off as missus has a moan, and gets a new bag...!:grouphug:
