    running increases your stamina for interesting things and interesting things improve your fitmess so that doesn't wash lady!

    Sounds like an interesting alternative training plan to me:p If it works you could market it and make millions

    Are many folk intending to stay the Sunday night too? Quite fancy a "partaaaay!"... In which case I'd leave Hubbles and Bean in Paisley naturally....
