    I certainly will be running tomorrow-if only to burn off the most LUSH piece of chocolate brownie cheesecake i've just eaten...oops.

    Well I cant even tell you off for that as I have had a mini battenburg cake.

    I am going to start going on the treadmill but I find it so boring.
