I am just back from commando military fitness:eek:

I felt like GI Jane at one point! Worth going just to compete with the men:rotfl: I loved it, although I am having problems using me arms now......

I would love to come to the meet and stay over, I did feel a bit out of it at the Leeds meet as I couldnt join anyone with a drink as I was driving.

Manchester is a bit further for me to drive to and to be honest I felt a bit uncomfortable driving back on my own from Leeds so late (I got a bit lost in the one way system):o

The only time I have stayed away from home without OH is when I went on my friends hen night in Edinburgh that was 8 years ago.

I dont think he will be very pleased about it.

Why don't you do what I do.....about a week before the meet just drop something about it into the conversation and when he says whats this, then say 'I told you a month ago, you obviously just tuned me out as usual'....
