Got my 2nd email today 13 Nov and actioned my claim on instant access and 2 fixed rate accounts, 1 claimed money now as matured on 21 Oct and 1 left to maturity in Feb 2009.

Hairy moments as I kept getting page could not be displayed error part way through the process:eek: . My wirless router's fault and had to move router and use the ethernet cable:cool: . Just hope the claims all worked successfully.

Anyway, I received my 2nd e-mail today, 13/11. Initiating the process was dead easy for Easy Access and Cash ISA.

Bl**dy hell this is more nerve racking than a lottery draw. Makes you wonder if they are sending these out at random, by account opening date or with a set of coloured and numbered b a l l s!!

Would those still waiting for that second email like a new poll for next week or is it not needed now?

I think it would be a good idea to do another one for next week so we can see the proportion of emails received each day. I promise to be good this time and not press any buttons until I've actually received my email
