Has anybody started a poll somewhere of who has actually received their money in their linked accounts?

Also, people are basing the randomness of the e-mails sent on the basis of the first letter of surnames - has anybody considered looking into the first letter of e-mail addresses to see if e-mails are being sent on this basis.. (My e-mail address starts with c and both my e-mails came before my son's whose address starts with d and his before my wife's whose address starts with m. Just a thought.

It's definitely nothing to do with alphabetical order, my name & e-mail domain are well down the alphabet from yours and I received the 2nd e-mail on Thursday 13th.

A friend, who would be 'alphabetically advantaged' compared to me has also received no 2nd e-mail.

Yes. I had 2 accounts and after initiating the transfer got an acknowledgement and a reminder to say if more than one account to make sure I repeat the process for each.

Just wanted to say I received the second email on the 8th November, initiated my claims (I had 2 accounts with them) from that, and received all my money 5 days later on 13 November into my linked current account. It seems I'm one of the lucky ones here? :j
