AmEx Necter offer - anyone got the points?

I was given 1000 + 1000 = 2000 instead of 6000.

I rang up 3 weeks ago and they sais they would add the missing 4000 within 10 days.

Checked yesterday, still 2000.

Checked today, now 5000 (should be 6000).

Won't bother claiming the missing 1000 (only worth £5), they obviously don't know what they're doing.

I will close this card next month, along with my Amex blue. Unimpressed.

Oh the glory of badly designed websites!!! I bought something for £4.99 to get my Nectar Bonus points on this Amex Nectar card. Trying to pay it off (in full!!!) using the Amex site, and the minimum payment it will accept is £5!!!

I will definitely be dropping this card as soon as I have my nectar bonus points sorted.

Hi everyone.
I applied for the Amex Nectar promotion with 6000 pts. Just got my statement showing 2000!! Rang customer services.. they said their system was down. But, they also said that the offer did not apply if you came through a 3rd party link (being MoneySavingExpert in this case). I was told that someone would telephone me in the next 7 days.

Well my missing 4000 points have gone today, with only one phone call last week.

Very happy with the results!!!

atleast im £30 better off now.

Hello all,
Yes i just got the remander of my points from the Amex card too.
I had 2000 at first and have now just received the other 4000.
I am now going to cancel the card and close the account (smash and grab as martin would say lol)
The card is a total waste of time and is very embaressing when it is declined when you are in a long que of people in a shop.
Anyway i have me £30 in points and im off.
Hope you all get your full 6000 too!
