    i rang on last monday and tuesday and was promised to add missing points within four days. as they haven't done so i rang them couple of minutes ago. cs rep said that as they have a backlog at the moment and it will take another 1- 1 and half week to process. i was guranteed that those points will be added. lets wait and see. :cool:

    Thanks all for the info. I got my statement today and there were only 1000 points on it! I wasn't impressed, so I shall be calling them tomorrow. Will let you know how I get on.

  • I also only had 2,000 points added to both my own and my wifes account. I contacted CS who promised to add them last week. I checked my Nectar account and they haven't been added. On checking my Amex cards online and viewing "rewards" this does show that the extra 4000 points have been added but have not yet been transferred to Nectar. I believe that these extra points will be transferred on the next statement so anyone wondering whether they have the points should try checking their Amex card accounts online.
  • My statement arrived on Friday and they have given me the full 6000 points

    They are listed on the statement as follows:
    Bonus Points from Moneysupermarket = 1000
    Nectar Welcome Points = 1000
    Points adjustment = 4000

  • Got my statement today for me and my wife and only 2000 points. Phoned amex and they tried to fob me off with - "only certain people who got an email with the 6000 points link in got the 6000 points". I stated that 6000 points was in red bold on the site before Christmas - they are looking into it. Have written a letter too to the address posted by the kind chap above!

    I've called a few times about my missing 4,000 points. Now going to write to them.

    Just a quick note to let you know that this is very much on our radar and that we are dealing with it as a matter of priority.

    Please check back here and we'll let you know the best thing to do as soon as we know. We may also need some people to email us so we can pass it on to MoneySupermarket and Amex; hold off for the moment though, and we'll let you know.

  • I also got my statement today having applied and received card before Christmas. Got 1000 points Nectar Welcome and 1000 Moneysupermarket points.

    Will hold off calling them until there is an update on here, but Mods can PM if you want the details of my situation.

    got my points after 2 phone calls and 2 weeks. online statement says 1000 pts 1000 pts and the points adjustment 4000pts.
