Ive lost paypal claimback

I always thought that the item had to be posted by a trackable service (rec/reg) for ebay/paypal to find in the sellers favour ?????

We have completed our investigation of this case. We have refused this claim and a refund will not be issued. The seller was able to provide tracking information confirming that the item was delivered to you.


I dont like how they say tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to me.........I never recieved it arghhhhh
I understand he posted item, but it didnt get delivered here :mad:

just done a bit of a sucky up email (saying maybe its the post office lost it etc)to him asking for tracking info.i'll forward it to you if he sends it & if it shows not posted i'll get him to send you recorded delivery slip.fingers crossed.

i think he will have a clue who reported him though.I suggest get your refund or more goods sent & get your positive feedback & then do it if you still want to.
