you should get the tracking information from seller and check the royal mail site. it is possible they sent it (my stuff i sent recorded delivery 1st class on the 5th only arrived this week ). Royal mail website will show if delivered or not(may be delivered to wrong house even). If it shows as still not delivered seller can get a refund from royal mail and then seller will refund you.

http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm this is the site & this is the process the seller should go through. Hope it helps. If you need a third party i'll be happy to help as i am an experienced seller with high feedback so he may listen to me as some sellers take advantage of newbies(very few do but you may be unfortunate)..i love sorting out stuff..such a busy body.LOL

By the way you can also open a non performing seller dispute on ebay as a last resort.

Hi, the date I won auction was 13th Nov, so i think it should have been received by now.

thanks very much for the advice, the seller has 825 with a 98.8 % feedback. My feedback is 16 at 100%. So as you can see this guy has sold many items. Id be happy with any help you could offer me, I know its only a cheap item but its the principle and I aint got money to just throw away lol.

    Hi

The onus is on the seller to make the claim against the post office.

He really should pay you your refund and wait on the claim coming through most good sellers do this.

Aslo as said you can do a non performing seller against them.

I would email them and ask for the refund , if they wont give you it till the PO pays out you will just have to wait i am afraid.

    Hi
You could also report them for charging for using paypal.

" PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PAYPAL ONLY AUCTION No Fee is charged for Paypal as long as payment is made in full and with ONE payment. Payment in two parts will incure a small charge! Visit Our Ebay Shop "
