Well done Flyladies and Flymen - you've all done very well...
Had a staff meeting - hunched over computer for the powerpoint (it wa sin my roombut not my presentation) and 'the mysterious pain' returned...got it sorted now - I think it is caused by poor posture...it's not very frequent but it is disabling...gone now, so I have had tea and feel fine. Indcidentally I was right about my projector - it was electrically dead so an extension has been 'rigged' up and electricians called - I am in a high Victorian classroom and the socket must be about 20 feet up on a roofbeam...no chance of me checking THAT fuse then. Incidentally it was put there by a man...likklegibbon wrote: »(on the plus side, there are the firemen)
likklegibbon - firemen...mmmm I'm jealous!Pink_Fairy wrote: »Oooooooooh Valli - did I detect a note of sarcasm in your comments, perhaps relating to a certain individual elsewhere in this wondrous community (but not one of us!!!)
Well off to do a couple of HHP and the washing up...

I'm pretty sure that they will...am popping into Cardiff on Saturday so can have a look for you if you'd like. Little sister has decreed that we need another singing chipmonk and that she will have a miserable christmas without the saxophone playing raindeer and elvis singing bear. I'm a very soft touch when it comes to anything christmas related so will be loading up...my theme is always Santa's Gaudy Grotto.Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative!0 -
Mudders - forgot to say I'm completely used to the MBTs now and feel odd when I'm not wearing them.
Right need to make a milkshake for DS2 who is beavering away at homework and get DS3 to bed.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

A meet sounds fab, but Saturday is another quick hit shopping expedition for me. Have to pick up my gorgeous watch from Goldsmiths ( Thank you very much Tesco Clubcard!!!!), run around primark and then am being dragged off to Costco to stock up.Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative!0 -
Thanks for the Facebook invites - in reality I only joined it to keep an aye on what DS was up to - and I don't 'use' it very often. having said that a couple of old mates found me so that was nice, and my bezzie is on there too...
Soappie...how fascinating...now where to start digging :rotfl:
Please don't be offended if I don't invite you...I will find time, I will - but I haven't invited anyone yet :rotfl:
Can I come to the Cardiff flymeet?:D

Just counted my 20ps and have a £100 plus £100 in £2s so will pay it into the bank in the morning.
justamum Its Testament Of Youth. I watched the service at the Cenotaph. It was very moving and when the old soldier who was 112 wanted to get out of his chair and lay the wreath himself I was in tears.
