A question for you all -

Nearly 4 months ago I bought an electrical item from a catalogue. This has now developed a fault. Now the dilemma is........... Do I ask the catalogue company for an exchange and have to go through the rigmarole of them insisting it has to be sent away for a repair etc etc. In the past they have never been particularly helpful on such things. Or, shall I just order another one and then return the faulty one within the 14 days IYSWIM?:o

    So what would you do?

Ex has dropped DD off early as something has come up soooo tea is in but we'll be eating at the time I originally planned. Mind you it is a good thing as I didn't realise ex was planning on giving her tea at his place :rotfl::rotfl: So I'm going to give up on some jobs for today as getting DD fed, bathed & ready for bed/school is more important than other things....

    Go to bed before 11pm
[STRIKE] Hug DD[/STRIKE] Done but more to give ;):rotfl:

Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks

Nought love just being a grumpy old mare. Missing OH, he's away working and usually I'm not bothered but as you know he works long hours so I don't see much of him apart from weekends and he is away all of this one. Kids also being really grumpy and I find it infectious. Thanks for caring x

    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! *sob*

Just putting the bolognase sauce into freezer bags, did one alright but the second one I was putting a bit more in...the bottom of the bag split :(

So I now have sauce all over the hob and I'm not impressed, especially as there's so much it's not going to be a nice easy clean up job. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I always put the bag in a bowl or similar, then fill up, then freeze in the bowl a couple of hours later I remove bag from bowl.

Tag be sure if you go for the order new item option that you are going to get exactly the same spec etc. Electrical companies have a nasty habit of changing some detail be it colour, location/type of switch used etc. Also does the item have a serial number on as they know which check the returned item to make sure it was the one they sent out (second) time IYSWIM
