Thank you for your kind words Dusty - but don't knock yourself - you've not been doing it long - you are learning very quickly.

We have a flash weather warning here this morning - torrential rain and horrible gales. That'll make my cross country drive to work fun! Just as well I didn't get round to washing the car over the weekend!

Off to make sandwiches then hit the road. Have a good day ladies

After five days of practically no sleep, I've finely had something vaguelt resembling a good nights sleep...YAY!:j God I was a grouchy sod yesterday.

Anyway, work til1, home by two, then flying. Left stuff around last night coz I was trying to relax, but in the cold light of day( well, you know what I mean), feel kinda bad about it now....oh well, see you all soon!

Clever girl! I knew someone who was really shocked when he got his birth cert out to arrange his wedding - he thought he was called Peter Charles - his birth cert said Charles Peter - and at least 2 of my female cousins (who live near Flower) use their middle names. S' a shock when you fiind out during the wedding (me that is...) I never knew she was called Jeanette:rotfl: (lives in Benfleet Flower)

About 5 mins from me - buying my car off someone from there tonight...;)

What's this row you had??? Can you put a link to it on here, I'm intregued...

Off to get DS up and think I'll do some sausage sarnies for brekkie - been up since 5 and have just watched Merlin on the Iplayer as haven't had a chance to watch it... Taking it easy this week I think...

Morning all, got up a little early as couldn't sleep.

Been having a chat to myself whilst I lay awake and asked myself the 'where do I want to be in 5 years time' question.

    And I don't really know.....:rotfl:

Anyone else have this problem of have you all got a clear plan?

Right after being all philosophicalical with myself I best get going and get some breakfast.

In a decluttering mood, need to act fast as these moods don't come round too often.:rotfl:

Hope you all have a productive day flying.

Morning Triker, I've never had much of an idea... maybe that's where I'm going wrong? :rotfl: Mind you, the only time I actually voiced a vague notion of a plan - ( after being pressed to get a plan by my uncle. ) - it never came to anything, and I felt pretty daft!!! But that's just me!!

    Morning

My problem is I get a plan - then start doubting - think of a different direction and basically have ended up just drifting. Been doing that all my life:o

Think the real problem is I don't trust my own judgement - keep waiting for an adult to tell me what to do:rotfl:. (can you tell I had a very organised strong mother)
Oh dear getting very deep here - think I need a shower and brekkie.
  • Well i didnt do very well last week so will try harder and set myself lower goals this week.

Monday Marvels - kitchen and dining room
    level one
    Clear and wipe work surfaces
clean the drawers and filters in the WM

    Level Two
    Sweep floors
    Clean the hob

    deweb these rooms

Last week i did ok with this which was thinking before i snap at people. My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is..............

Do 50 sit ups a day and take my tablets every day (i'm useless at remembering!!)

    Triker,
I had my wake up moment a couple of years ago when i lost my mum, I had been thinking about what I wanted to be doing once both girls were full tiem at school. I had thought about primary teaching for ages (should have gone to Uni when i left school but failed my Maths higher and went into paid employment instead) anyway i am now doing courses with the OU, my Int 2 Maths at the school iam working in and if all goes to plan in my 40th year I should be a student...

Heading to work now, just remembered that it is 3rd year prelims this morning so I am scribing, think its English & SVS today.

    Back later.

In 5 years time I will have a nice tidy house and be able to sort out my jewellery making and photography properly!

    Morning all :hello:
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
