Not Mad, barking is the word I would use!!!! Mind you, I've finished decorating my DD's room while she slept before now - started in the morning and wanted to finish wallpapering - so when she went to bed, I waited until she was asleep and then carried on - pushing her bed from one side of the room to the other as she slept - she's a heavy sleeper thank god! - when she woke up she really loved it and was soooo happy - it was worth every second!

ETA - that's three of us...are gonna take the hint?

phew - I am in a 'scheme' to pay dental (and other medical costs eg opticians) and changed from payment sent to me by cheque to direct. They used to send me letters saying how much they were paying and how much left to claim in each benefit period ... so I wasn't sure if I had 'enough' in the scheme. Then I remebered I made a folder for the emails and I have saved them so I have checked and I do...the money will be back in my account next week...
They also pay a percentage of chiropodists charges ...think I might get my feet done soon...

  • Hi

I'm sorry I havn't had a chance to look at the thread at all yet, but for all those kind enough to be thinking about me, I had a scan today & they have found a lump/growth the size of a 'watermelon' attached either to the ovary or uterus, until they have done further tests I won't know, but whatever & wherever it has to come out ASAP:eek: .

No flying done, but will have a little potter now, hope to be back later.

Huge hugs to you all :A xx

Back from the swimming pool and Bo the poor pet didn't know what to make of it. He did do very well and used his bad leg none stop in the water which is a great sign, he did look at the woman a bit weird when she put the lifejacket on him.:rotfl: When he was in the pool he kept looking at OH and trying to get over to him to get out. Looking at us like pus in boots.:rotfl: The woman thinks he'll do really well and is surprised he hasn't lost more weight round the back legs and hips. She though he would only last 30 seconds each time in the pool but managed a good few minutes so he's pretty fit, i think thats what has mostly pulled him through this all. So we're back up again on tuesday and it will be weekly for a good while but we'll see how he gets on.

Flying wise i think i'll make a start on the bathroom and keep the WM going. Must bring in another bag of coal, house is so cold tonight. All kiddies in bed so some peace to get on. Will update later.

Pigpen the wee madam deserved it and if she can't take it she shouldn't dish it out.

LL i hope it's nothing too serious.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Tag, Mr Hex and I always do things like that. More often than not he has short bursts of motivation/energy and I like to take advantage! (and as for the decorating....) My vote is go for it.

Pigpen the kitten is just adorable. Very green with envy. And well done to DS3, I was bullied at secondary school and it only stopped when I beat seven shades of brown stuff out of said bully in front of the rest of the class on his birthday till he cried with everyone watching :rotfl: . They tried to suspend me as well, despite the school having done nothing to stop it. No one else ever tried again. Can you tell it is a treasured moment :p ?

No motivation here, worked again today - busy week for me. I must hoover as some delightful child has scrunched pringles all over the carpet. I did do the BR when I got home, and the DW/WM/TD but now I have run out of steam.

ETA (Edited To Add) Lady Liberty - big hugs for you.
