I do agree that we are doing nothing wrong or illegal. And it is wrong to make you feel gulity.

I am shy type so don't like what I am doing being drawn attention to so I am very discreet. On sunday me and my husband went around boots twice getting items for free. First time around I did buy some other needed items so it was mixed amongst other things and I was getting some other freebies with vouchers as well. And nothing was said. We then left the shop took the goods to the car and went on shopping. Returning to boots about 30 mins later and using a different till to the first time around.

Again on the second time around nothing was said and no Advantage card was used on 3 of the 4 transcation.

I love to get a bargain and I am happy with what I have. I may get another couple of items before the deal runs out. But these are for myself to use as I can't afford to buy that sort of skin care to start with. So these offers have allowed me to get a much better skin care for nothing or next to nothing and Boots keeps my business. And for some presents for mothers days as that is only a couple of months away.

I took advantage of the boots vouchers last march in one of the newspapers. And I am just in the process of finishing the items off now. Again allowing me to have much nicer skin care items then I could afford due to money being tight.

Anyway today we did another run on boots. Used a £5 TD voucher, a £5 No7 voucher and a couple of Bogof's and husband spent £15.23. And according to the till reciept we saved £16.18 yeah right. Would never have bought the stuff in the first place with out vouchers. I did not get any TD only wipes left no cleanser or facial scrub. But got another £5 No7 voucher. What can I spend it on ;) .

Husband will give me the TD and No7 stuff and botanics bogoff stuff as presents as we have a run of events. Valentines day, wedding anniversary coming up reals soon, so means cheap but nice presents for me. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to boots Brent cross today for the first time, found loads of leaflets throughout the store. I got to DR products £10.00 each BOGOF and used a £5.00 voucher which she cut out for me, she then said it was one voucher per transaction so did I want her to put them through seperatly, I told her the BOGOf offer so she put them through together. She couldn't have been nicer.

OH has just called me and he has found some of the TD wipes and some other TD stuff in a smaller local Boots (obviously not many people in the area know about MSE then). Told him to get some of the wipes and to then use his imagination on the other voucher I gave him.

He's also going to take a look at the Essential Aromatherapy range and I will see what he comes up with. Also asked him to keep an eye out for some No7 Pink gift sets. I have a £5 No7 voucher I want to use.....

And I still have some vouchers left. The reason he went up was to go to a motor place of some sort...but they haven't got in what he wanted (next week they said)...so I might just send him back again then with a few more vouchers that I have.

Isn't he good. So with any luck I'll have a nice little goody bag when I get home.

He's got 2 packs of wipes. What a good boy he is.

And he's promised to go back in again when he has to go back into the town next week.

I got a pink folder type yesterday which contained makeup brushes for £5, 3 for 2. I think there are also some french manicure sets from the summer range at 4 or 5 pounds?
And for the previous poster (Calleyw), the Christmas limited edition Highlighting (or is it illuminating) powder is £4.75, also the rest of the christmas no 7 half price.
I noticed that they were actually trying to SELL the free red gift bags that came as an offer a few weeks ago for £7.50. Cheek!

That's a good sign on the red gift bags. Last year they did a similar thing and I ended up with 3 bags for £5 (£2.50 each and 3 for 2).....will have to keep my eyes open.

I too had a jobsworth today at Leicester city centre boots who said one TD or DR per customer  . Reminded her of t&c's stating 1 per transaction, but apparently they had been advised by the manager to ignore this "to give all customers a fair chance of getting a product" (none of my items today were freebies, I purchased 5 TD & 4 DR)

She went to take the basket with my remaining items away but I politely said I would keep hold of it, went to a till in a different area & the nice assistant put all my other purchases through without any fuss (I did tell her what had happened 1st but after looking at the t&c's she was more than happy to proceed) :D
