That silver packaging was phased out last Feb/March. There are reason why I remember that are too boring and uninteresting to tell you about.
So they must have been hanging on to the stuff for ages.
I must admit I did see a few today in one of the bigger boots. But as I knew that it would be at least a year old I gave it a pass. Even if I could get it for free.
Mind you my house is getting fuller by the day of Boots till reciepts. At least if I stuff them in my wallet it might make it look like it is full of money :rotfl:

I was clock watching until 5pm so I could rush to catch the bus to Boots.
Went to a lovely SA and put through two TD hand creams and 1 TD reduced face mask at £3. Paid £0. She said good bargains as I left. Decided to go upstairs to see if I could find the cheap Duracel battery charger at £9.99. Found one - not sure if it is the bargain one as it didn't say it had been reduced (noticed 4 Duracel batterys alone were £9.99 - I don't think so!!!). Anyway.. got went to the AD machine and printed off 50 point voucher x 2 for Boots shampoo which is on BOGOF at £1.29, got 2 boxes of Cow & Gaby dried baby food at £0.79 each, also got a 75 points voucher for a £10 spend from AC machine. Got another 3 TD hand creams. Paid £12.86 and got 226 points back on my Boots card. Happened to get the lovely SA again when I went back downstairs so gave her a TD/DR coupon. Think she was quite pleased. No more yellow leaflets on the display stand.
Oh and I got a Boots NO7 voucher too which I had forgotten about.Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
Boots points: £0.28
Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)

Can someone tell me where these soaps are? Couldn't find them in my local store.
Thanks
Just with the other soaps in a square cardboard box. Even our very little boots has them

Hi All This is my 1st post.
I went in and did my christmas shopping in boots today and got loads of bargins. After paying I recieved my £5 No7 Voucher. I picked up 2 of the nail varnish sets, the ones that have 4 colours in them, in a pink box (Not the black boxed ones) priced at £3 each. When I got to the till with them the lady said if I were to get another pack of them they will go through on 3 for 2.
So in actual fact I ended up getting £36 worth of products for only £1.00.
Got to be my bargin on the day.0 -
At my local store in East Kilbride - the No 7 christmas gift sets would not go through as 3 for 2, I also tried to use my £5 No7 voucher for the pink stripey box gift set ( summer one £7.50) didn't work so tried it on a £5.50 Suncare starter it but didn't work onthat either - not too worry will use it later in the week. I think both our boots are fed up seeing me now - Work pals gave me £140 to spend for them - Boot is jam packed - put it all through in £10 multiples to take advantage of the 75 points for a £10 spend, and £5 No 7 Voucher - so as you can guess I was very popular with the other customers!!!! - Not, one woman marched up when I was finishing putting it all ina trolley ( and trying to balance it all on) and said ' Well I suppose that Christmas for you all sorted for next year!
I was at the till for about 30 minutes right enough - but didn't have the nerve to pick up any TD products - Other visit required I think!!No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

Popped into boots tonight and picked up the tony & guy wax stick and the heat spray 2 for £7 then used the voucher in the leaflet which brought it down to £5.50, got a few other bits to make it upto £10, got 75 extra points and £5 no7 voucher. I used the last of my points yesterday on the reduced xmas gifts and got loads of stuff, so i need to start building up my points again now for next christmas, dont think it will be too hard thanks to everyone on here.0

Just wondering what kind of spending pattern results in AC offers of 50/£7.50 spend and 75/£10.00 spend?
I spent a lot at the Christmas shopping evenings and now get offered 350/£40.00 at my local store, though in Gloucester today I was offered 250/£30 which almost seemed easy in comparison! (But was still way out of reach, I don't often splurge, and spent £10ish today as I treated myself to a couple of bits of make-up, Max Factor for the cinema offer and a Ruby&Millie make-up bag reduced as the contents were supposedly missing - however they weren't...)
I've always assumed my higher value offers are because of Christmas, but my Aunt is an occasional shopper and still has to spend £25 in order to get a total spend points offer. Perhaps some areas of the country are listed as affluent...
I haven't seen any leaflets for a while now, Gloucester didn't even have stands for them, so I wonder if they have been pulled in some places.Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -
Got loads of bargains today in both Weston super mare and Bristol, too many to list but some were
a car jump start which works through cigarette lighter £3.75
No7 gift sets £2.50-£3.75 each
Spa treats gift bags £2.50
electronic keyring games £1 each
Gola football set with ball, net, drinks bottle, cones and ball pump £5
and loads more, the woman in Bristol was reducing them when i was there and kept finding things for £1 and asking me if i wanted them, so it seemed rude to say no.
Also got my daily time delay fix, i managed to get 8 in Birmingham yesterday and 4 more today, have now got 6 £5 off No7 vouchers as well so I might go out early tomorrow and see what other bargains I can find to spend them on.
Happy shopping to everyoneADOPT DONT SHOP......🐕🐕🐕🐕0
