There's some hardfaced sods around! This just ruins it for all of us. 99.9% of Boots staff are lovely, they don't deserve getting hassled.

Have looked through this thread as best ican to see if this has been mentioned before but cant see it. Apologies if it has.
Handed over the £5 voucher from the pink leaflet for the Capsule Gym Ball + the £5 voucher from the blue leaflet for the Boots Capsule or Massage Gym Ball and got the gym ball for free as its £10.
Did this in amongst other shopping to get my £5 no 7 voucher so I don't know if it would be allowed if you just tried it on the gym ball alone.

She was rude to staff etc .Personally I cant stand this type of behaviour and think its disgusting. I love Boots and take advantage of the offers BUT I think people are just taking this too far. There is never any need to be rude to staff and if people just continue to ruin things no one will get anything eventually - and boots will stop their offers.Greed , selfishness and rudeness are just pathetic, and people are just letting themselves badily down. Consumer revenage is one thing but when you turn into a selfish parisite , whats the point ?
Anyway to the LOVELY people on this board thanks .

Which was my point earlier on in the week. There is no need to be rude to anyone. Personally I think the nicer you are to people. The more they will let you get away.

Personally if I was the manager in the shop and she was rude to my staff out the door and banned for life she would have been.

In Cheltenham Boots they have some reduced items in the Ruby & Millie range (for which the No.7 voucher is valid). There was some nail polish at £5.66 (I think) which makes it a bit nearer free than normal.

Are there any other stores in Gloucs/Wilts/Worcs/Oxon that stock Ruby & Millie?

  • Hey there maiden_scotland, thanx for the tip. Took ur advice and went to the Lochee store 2day. Managed to bag a few things but there's not really much left of anything now and they've no DR either. Oh well, did get some wipes for free, some exfoliator for free and they had the cleanser for £2.25 instead of £4.50 too, wahay!! They've no leaflets left now though. Was it u who took all the leaflets then? Come on, own up lol. B T W, St Andrews has stackfulls of look great leaflets and a decent amount of TD stuff, but dont stock DR.

lol no I've only had a few items myself :D, went today and there was nothing "free" left, was hoping to buy an eye brightner but they'd next to nothing , neither did the town store :(

I am 99% sure that the southgate Branch (bottom of town) in Bath does.

I know Bath is classed as BANES (Bath And North East Somerset, if you are interested). But close to the Wiltshire border on one side and South Glos (or Longwell Green side of Bristol) on the other side.

I have a query, if the tony & guy voucher knocks £1.50 off both products and the aromotherapy voucher knocks £1 off each product in the same transaction, why doesnt the TD voucher knock off £5 off each product.eg if you buy 3 TD products and hand over one voucher why does it only knock £5 off once. Hope this makes sense.
