Going into Boots this afternoon but unfortunately got a grumpy fella with me so I can't hang about. I can't find the story of the razors or any other good offer on the first page, it never seems to tell me what you are all talking about at the moment, although I am sure CPG is doing a fantastic job. Can someone just give me a quick resume of the best ones so I can write it down please? Otherwise, my mind will go blank when I get in there.

What would be a great laugh would be to go into the store and ask to speak to the manager and while you're waiting for him to turn up, call Customer Care on your mobile, get this person again, get them to hold on for a second and then pass the phone to the manager when he turns up. i did this today wiv my razore blade refund, cs first told me to tell the manager to give them to me half price :rotfl: anyway ended up givin her my phone, which was really funny watchin her walk round wiv it stuck to her ear, then i told her i want payin 4 the call, anyway she hung up phoned someone else and told me i cud not have refund as blade were correct price (she did tell me at first there was no offer, i said look at yout till u not got them marked as on offer but they are). Anyhow i rng cs when got home had refund and more points 4 doing there job 4 them

This is not true as Mrs Bluebear was able to cancel hers this morning!
Give CS another call and hopefully you'll get through to someone else who knows how to cancel it.
If they say again it cannot be cancelled, try saying a friend was able to cancel with no problems!

Saw quite a lot of DNAage and SKIN WISDOM stuff reduced to £4.00. Use a BLUE and it's free. Trust me to have left all my BLUES at home! Boohoo.
All items have now been sent out. Will be with their new owners by next Monday or Tuesday.

your best bet is to ring the store tell them ur unhappy about the way it been dealt with on store level and that u want a number for customer services to make an official complaint, manager will resolve it there and then as no wants there store being reported like that, i can assure that this works as i have done it and received 750 points from cs, however if u want to be compensated ring cs anyway!!0 -
Asked in Huddersfield today if they had any S&G GWP left as there werent any on the shelves & SA said ooh yes I have boxes & boxes in the stock room.
She brought down 3 boxes each containing about 10 sets & said there were still loads of boxes upstairs so anyone that wants one go quick.

DNAge zone action on clearance for £3.50 free with bluey
(the SA insisted that I couldn't use it on clearance but i insisted she check with someone, came back and said ok. :j Don't be fobbed off! I pointed out the T&C do not state cannot be used on clearance.
