Going into Boots this afternoon but unfortunately got a grumpy fella with me so I can't hang about. I can't find the story of the razors or any other good offer on the first page, it never seems to tell me what you are all talking about at the moment, although I am sure CPG is doing a fantastic job. Can someone just give me a quick resume of the best ones so I can write it down please? Otherwise, my mind will go blank when I get in there.0

Fed up with boots, i finally made a complaint about the store that i have ongoing problems with nearly four weeks ago, waited nearly two weeks for them to get back to me, hear nothing so made a call to them, to be told the person that was dealing with it was not in work till the next week, so waited another week and called again, to find nothing had been done about it, spoke to someone senior who told me that i would need to speak to the store manager about it and he would get the store manager to phone me, that was over a week ago now, not hear anything from the store. Phoned boots again to be told they had spoken to the store and he said that he was putting a complaint in for me and that a team would be looking in to it, i asked how much longer it was going to take with it taking nearly four weeks. He asked what i wanted told him just that the staff treat me better than they do, he said that he would speak to the store and get the manager to ring me. I don't hold out much hope that the manager will ring me, since they have had over a week. I don't know what to do now.
Spoken to store manager who told me that they had tried phoning me but not left a message. They are going to speak to the staff involved.Married 09/09/090 -

some staff can be horrid, i was treated bad in two store by managers and some staff, so i complained to cs constantly and when i had surveys i named them all the time --- now i am treated very well in one store and the staff in the other smile through grimmised faces - complain like mad and anything u dont agree on get them put in writing - lets stop this boots bullying :jSIMPLES!0 -

Afternoon to all,
Can anyone tell me if you can cancel an online order on The Boots website or do I have to ring up?
I ordered a Camera last night & have just noticed that today you get 1500 points for a £75 spend & I only got 600 xtra points yesterday. So, I have reordered it again today & used a 500 xtra ponts code so instead of getting 14** points, today I will get 23**..........much better! I now need to cancel yesterdays order! I can't find a cancel button!
