Can I ask you if you've used them before? I am tempted by them, but £50 it's a lot... if they have any effect on the other side... (and if I get some points back on my next christmas shopping evening).
And they don't have it in my local (my local is now the huge Booots in the new westfield london) ... if I decide to buy them should I order them to collect instore?
Hiya no I havent used these before tho I read somewhere (cant remember where, might have been on here) that they were good. To be honest I was going to get stuff from Sanctuary on the 3 4 2 on a xmas night to get the £50 extra points and thats part of the reason I got them. I have to say that my DH is the one who will be paying for them tho Im pocketing the points lol. I should think that you could order them to collect instore. HTHYour fooling no one bar yourself.0 -
Anyone got any idea about electric toothbrushes??
Apart from the brush head is there any difference between this :
http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?categoryParentId=4679&storeId=10052&productId=2562&callingViewName=&categoryId=4682&langId=-1&catalogId=11051
and this
http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?categoryParentId=4679&storeId=10052&productId=121622&callingViewName=&categoryId=4682&langId=-1&catalogId=11051
they both seem to have 7600 rotations per minute - so is it just the brushes that are different?
Id be so grateful if anyone could help me as Im clueless

Jamtart, my mum has decided she would like one at christmas so I'm looking as well! Can't offer any words of wisdom as I'm clueless too - the only think I noticed is that the cheap one only has one spare head, the other one has 2. How much are the refills? Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

has anyone managed to get the 10% code to work?? Tried it this morning and cant get it to work. Loads of stuff sitting in the basket, i cannot or will not place an order without a code!!!:j
Yes - 1500 points for £75 spend applied automatically and 10% off!! I have email confirmation.
You need to type the code into the promotions box then click update basket. Are you using the current code which is valid 14th - 17th November? There are other codes which may have expired or not yet be valid.0 -

You can get a refund if you have a receipt. If not they let you exchange for goods to the value but they will not give a credit note (well, not when I did this anyway!) You could always exchange for something you definitely need - I changed my item for nappies.....0 -

Hi, does anybody have an idea of how big the gift bags are in the boots xmas wrap section as no sizes on the website!
Or are any products giving away free bags (seem to recall they did this last year) - have paper but need some bags.
Noticed some crackers at half price - 12 for £4.0 -
The dearer one has a list of features at the bottom of the description- including the 2 minute timer which I would really recommend.
The brush heads are quite costly, so having 2 heads would also bumpf the price up a bit. The heads vary in price depending which ones you pick- the fancier brightening/ flossing heads are usally about £15 for a pack of 4 (currently reduced to £10.65). The plain standard heads are around a £10 for 4, so should also be reduced to around £6ish.
I have an Oral B Triumph 8500 and I really can't recommend it enough. I have had it for 3 years now and have not needed a clean and polish or any fillings etc for all of that time, whereas before I needed a clean and polish on every visit to the dentist! Looking at it that way, it has really paid for itself by saving me money on dental treatment!
The timer is really important as it gets you into the habit of brushing your teeth for a full 2 mins. Of course you could always get the cheaper brush and time yourself brushing for 2 mins (in true mse stylee).
The number of rotations is a useful basis to compare brushes- as these two brushes both have the same number of rotations then I guess it comes down to a personal preference over the timer.
