I think the blades are still wrongly priced tho, will have to check when jess gets in - she has the receipt cause my ac card is poorly and im using hers. The things you do for kids....... shes made a few points.

Could you please give the barcode (and a picture/link) for the wilkinson sword titanium razors that are going through at 6 4 1 ? What price is it for one ? There are lots of wilkinson sword razors on display when I looked at lunchtime, but couldn't figure out which were the ones with glitch. Someone mentioned red/black packaging ........................ has anyone tried in Reading (either Oracle or BS) to get them for 6 4 1 ? TIA

Wow. That seems harsh. I think I'd leave it in case they cancel your boots card. Is there a different boots you could use until it blows over? Sounds like they know you face in that store.

Sounds like someone has marked your card for some reason!

I'm amazed at all the compensation points people manage to get - I'd never have the guts to do this myself but I suppose sooner or later they may get a little fed up........

I would politely ask 'What are the problems?' and explain that as a customer you are entitled to an explanation as well as to query something in a store if you don't understand something......afterall you are giving them your business - they should be trying to please you!

in one store the sel was still full price £7.99 but went thru the till as per the deal. In the other the sel was showing a half price of £3.99. hth

Yup this is correct, I cancelled mine this morning though before she cancelled it, she did warn me that getting it cancelled would depend on what stage it was at...if it had already gone through to the despatch department then it can't be cancelled...so she said But mine was still in processing stage, so could be cancelled if that makes sense

Cs just phoned me back, they are going to do a investiagtion, it looks like its all been blamed on me, they are going to check the cctv footage so see if i have been abusive and imidating, also they are going to get the loss preventation team to look in to my account as according to the store i have been using lots of vouchers. So if they find i have been doing what they say i have, i will have my card took off me and if any further incidents happen then they will issue a ban to that store. I have never been abusive and imtidating and i have not used lots of vouchers, i learnt my lesson back in may. I have asked for it to be send to me in writting.

OMG, that all sounds absolutely awful :eek: I'm stunned that you're being treated in this way. Poor you, it must be very upsetting

I think I would tempted to tell them to stuff it actually and take my business elsewhere. You don't need this sort of hassle when you're trying to do something as simple as "shopping" !!!!!! :mad:

Thankyou for your support, im going to get my repeat perscriptions from somewhere else and im my partner is on his way back and he is going to take me to spend the rest of my points, as i have had another of the way im been treated.

Honestly, it's horrible treatment you've been getting and this must be very upsetting, but there's nothing you can do but stop going in that store as Boots won't help and this doesn't seem the kind of thing you could make a complaint with a higher authority about or launch a lawsuit over. I think this is the same place where you've had jaw-droppingly awful experiences repeatedly, and my only advice each time has been to just stop going there, and I still can't think of a better solution. It's so unfair, and they're in the wrong, but they're wrong in a way that's hard to fight, and you're really just torturing yourself by going in there. They suck; don't give them the pleasure of being rude to you.

I know some people have kept telling you to call CS, but that seriously doesn't work for everyone and it sure looks like CS isn't going to help. As I've seen over the many months reading this thread and from conversations with some people, repeatedly calling CS actually causes problems because CS may say that person has a history of complaining and therefore won't help anymore. Those who've had good luck with CS will offer calling them as a cure-all to every problem, but I'm telling ya, it doesn't seem a wise course of action for everyone. Sorry to go on so long, but I just hate seeing you get kicked around by a few a**holes.

Edit: just saw your last post, looks like you've already decided to wash your hands of that awful store. Good for you!

Edit again: I spent too long writing that post, missed your one where they are launching an investigation! Yikes!
