hi guys - just wanted to ask whether the no7 trimmer is any good?? - does it work/do the job?? - i'm thinking of using a pinkie on it but not 100% sure, also are all the no7 electricals still on half price????

Any help/opinions would be gratefully received!XX

I got 3 of them gold bag with ribbon tie GWP's today in much the same manner, bought some No7 xmas make up and said "can i have these bags too, think they're freebies"...and he just popped them in the carrier bag. Yay!

Went to London today on "let's get rid of all our pinkies and till spits now" trip. What an eye opener!

Decided to just get my goods and offer each one, plus a pinkie or till spit, for each transaction, to the SA.

Asked about the pedicure sets reduced - SA didn't know. Spotted loads of SAs clustered round a display - lo! There were several sets. I asked if these were half price, and one of the SAs said "yes". The ticket was still reading £15.

So we took 2 each, and then chose some others bits and bobs. The first set went through at £7.49, and as we're both over 60, we got a 10% discount, less a pinkie, leaving £1.74 to pay. Did this again, same thing.

Did a No 7 anti celulite thingy, and was given 25p change! Finished all my pinkies and t/s and my friend did the same. We went for a coffee and she said she would go back for another pedicure set, - but the shelf was bare.

Went to 5 different branches, and every time she mentioned "pedicure sets" there was much shaking of the heads. Finally found one, and my friend offered a celulite lotion (cost £5.25 in London), to swap but had thrown away all her receipts.

The SA said it was OK to swap and my friend could pay the difference - and the price of the lotion came up at £2.62!! She said they didn't have any in stock, it was being withdrawn, and that's why the stock had been reduced.

Course it was only when we got home that I realised I could have given one of my receipts to my friend! Brain had stopped working. But can this happen? The price suddenly gets reduced? Could it be that Mr B realised this was a popular way to spend your pinkie without spending anything else?

But we did have a great day, though I thought the Regents Street lights look like sparkling hairnets!

Been around more than usual today and have read with interest the last thread with all the spygate stuff (dont ask!). i can see that lots of regulars have gone underground to the facebook group. I joined this when it was first set up and had a look today. But I cant see where they are posting the mega secret glitch info!

I tried to use the pinkie/ts combo on one No.7 item this eve, the SA didn't want to try, I told him I'd done it before and to try it, it went through the till fine, but then he decided to read all the small print and turned it down - I'm sticking to the SS tills next time!

You were lucky with your SA! Usually when you use a voucher for xxx points when you buy a certain product, it means you *only* get those points, not the normal points as well.

Hi there, a lot of people have reported having trouble with these and that they arn't that much cop!
Yes the 1/2 price is still on. For some reason some stores have taken down the 1/2 price signs, but i purchased some eye lash curlers yesterday for 1/2 price.

Haven't tried it myself Babafette, but have you seen the Kim range? Their nail polishes always look a bit vampish to me

Hi i'm not sure about the trimmer i have bought one but not tried it yet.. But teh 1/2 price was still on tonight i got the pedicure set on 1/2 price used pinky and got it for £2.49 it was still on the other electrical no7 bis too but the shelves were empty no compact mirrors or eyelash curlers HTH
