Duh!!
I now feel really stooopid as it may have said it was worth £35, not sure I'll have to go back in and look. I only really registered the amount as I didn't want to spend that much to get it. Much happier now that it may be £20 as I don't mind spending that much, especially as I have a pinky left to use up.

Wow a whole thread for Boots bargains! I've been on this site for ages and never noticed it. I love boots. I had a field day in there at the beginning of the week. They had double discount days for employees (not me) and I managed to get Boots stuff for half price on top of the 3 4 2 offers! Saved a fortune on No.7 P&P face creams. On top of that they gave me loads of £5 vouchers and I had a double points coupen and a few other voucher. Ended up saving over £200 on stuff that I would buy anyway and quite a few freebies. Got over £100 on my advantage card now! :T Also managed to get 3 clutch bags later in the week.... that 3 pressies sorted.£2019 in 2019 #44 - 864.06/20190

Hi everyone (old and newbies !)
Not been around much (more of a 'lurker' lol !) but still keeping my eye on you all.
Haven't been bootsing much lately, far too much accumulated over the last year and need to make some space for the January sales. Am off to Guides shortly for our 'pamper evening' and taking loaddssssss of goodies with me so hopefully the girls will have lots of fun ! Have you lot to thank for that, most of what i'm taking was either free or really cheap !
Had a quick look at the ladies No7 gwp and think i'll give it a miss this time. Really love all the No7 Xmas bits though, just hope there's some left for me in January.
Have a nice weekend everyone ! Might just have to pop into Boots tomorrow, just to be nosy of course - wouldn't want to miss anything now would I?:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
Quick question re the GWP for No 7 and pinkie £5 off. If I were to buy a no 7 gift that were £20, then used the pinkie which makes it £15, would I still get the gwp?
Anyone know?0 -

I think I must have been spoilt by doing the 75% off sale this year, I now don't get excited about a bargain from anywhere unless it is 75% off or more
I won't be bothering with 50%, I want 75% off and I want it now :rotfl:
Yeah, me too. I did a calculation a few threads back showing that if you bought stuff now at 3-4-2 on shopping nights, when you were getting the equivelent of 20% back in points as well if you bought it in £50 lots then it was only costing a very little more than waiting for the 50% off sale. (When you DO NOT get 3-4-2, remember.) And of course you get your pick. So if you know you want x,y and z in gifts and you've got a shopping night coming up, get them then. If you've got extra points coupons from a previous shoppong night it's actually cheaper to buy the items now than waith for the 50% off sale, belive it or not.
Then use your points for the 75% sale. And once you've got your loot back to the car rifle it for free points coupons and go back for another few items, pay with cash and use the coupons. Repeat as necessary. Your points will never go further, except of course in the 90% off sale but there's very little choice then. The 75% off sale is the best!!Val.0 -

Got 2 x NO 7 NAIL BUFFERS with 2 x PINKIES. Then did my homework on here. Got 3 x NO 7 for MEN products, totalling £20.50 + GWP. 3 4 2 dropped in. Use PINKIE/TILLSPIT and got the lot for £4.00. 250 extra points didn't work. Computer said expired. I just said that's fine, no worries. Did the above twice and got 2 x MEN'S GWP. Have changed my mind, gonna change them for WOMEN'S GWP tomorrow. Woohoo.
Just one TILLSPIT to use. I can't wait. Handed out all my BLUES (vouchers, not movies, I'm pure do you hear me, pure!) to ladies at work as I have no use for them, plus I don't want to be spending more money on stuff I won't ever use.
Had a lovely BOOTS day today. The lovely SA was so lovely and actually spent time chatting to me, getting to know me. Even the manageress popped round (almost popped out with the outfit she had on) and chipped in. Love my local BOOTS, they are so nice there.0
