I remember it well :rotfl:Hubby thought I had lost the plot but have lots in my pressie box in the loft and my best friend was pleased as she doesnt do early mornings lol. The mornings they didnt update were not quite as good.

Love the 75% sale but think I may need to be more realistic this year, had so many great bargains that I have loads more sets than people that I buy for plus i ordered extra for the school fair dress down days. Maybe I should have made a list and stick to it but thats not as fun :A

Finally realised why I never got any bargains online at Boots thanks to this site, I used to log on at night rather than getting up with the birds :rotfl:

I bought the no7 foot spa today and the no7 eye pencil( no pionts in AM for me?) asked SA can i get the mens GWP don't like the women's said she would try it n it beeped did allow my AC 200 pints with a £25.00 spend but the lovely SA just popped a GWP in my bag anyway and said well you have spent enough to qualify. I have to admit i was a bit shocked it beeps beacuse the signs do say with £20.00 spend on any no7.. just thought should i have got another no7 item on the 342????

If there's something you really want then buy it when you think the price is right, it may not be in stock by the time the 75% sale comes round. Having said that my local had loads of stock last year, plus there were no signs up instore advertising the sale so it was fairly quiet in the morning until word started to spread.

The dot com sale is another matter, I just spectated last year, watching the posts of those who regularly got up very early for weeks on end to try and grab a bargain. I remember there were lots of cancelled and half filled orders, Boots website was playing up probably due to the volume of traffic.
This years online sale is going to be real "fun" :rolleyes: unless Boots sort out their new website fast.

Rough dates for your diary, this year the online sale went to 75% off early hours of Wednesday 9th January with the instore following on Tuesday 15th January.

Has anyone got the 250 points from the no7 gwp to work yet - I've tried it on 3 seperate transactions and it didn't want to to scan. The SA offered to get the manager to manually add the points:eek: - said not to worry as I'd probably be buying more no7 before the expiry date and scuttled out!

It appears twice with 2 different barcodes so you can use 2 - SA willing!

i did upset my dd yesterday...i came home with the LUMIE alarm clock, the one that wakes you up with natural sunlight...ish.
she was saving up to get it for me for xmas bless her, shes only 15 and it's £49.99....!
i had a bit of a scare at the acm i thought my total should have been higher than what it was, thought boots had taken some of my lovely points away..

what with them giving double on the .com orders etc..

so i kinda panicked and tried to spend some so i brought the clock.., which also acts as a bed side light too, forgot to set it to get up to this morning...duh... so i can't comment on if it's any good or not..

...then i remembered that i had spent some of my points the week before, couldn't justify spending £15 on s&g at the mo, but i so had to have the gwp...glad i did too

SA just handed it back to me and said it must have expired.......wasn't till I got home that I realised that of course, it hasn't!!

thought i would use up my last 3 pinkies today:o
bought one of the new nail polishes called daimson dream, its lovely!
also got 2x total renewal body polish, which was reduced to £4.68, so got them for free.
Also picked up some roc face wipes for 99p with the bluey.
well that's the end of the pinkies for me:(
roll on the next lot of pinkies:D

Hi RedBalloon, I used the current ladies GWP coupon with no problems as a SS this week. Is that the one you mean?

It was the No7 mens GWP 250 point coupon - defo hasn't expired, says its valid till 27.01.2009!
