Is it just me being blind and not noticing but has martin now started up his own limited company?

Actually I've had my own Ltd company for a couple of years - did it originally for tax reasons (in fact i had an article on why on the site, but the benefit has now gone).
Recently we've been through a legal exercise, getting everything in order, hence the new t&Cs and privacy policy - part of it was sorting out the copyrights and trademarks - and the little change you note is part of that.
As for Salford, that's just the 'registered office' not the real one - i did that originally as i didint want my private address on there for obvious reasons
