Ooohhh, your post made me feel better, thanks chardonnay but honestly they never seem impressed by anything I do - I take one of their 3 sons off their hands, give them 2 beautiful grandchildren and we never ask for help (unlike the other 2 sons :rolleyes: ) - what does a girl have to do to get a bit of respect and love from her inlaws :rotfl:

I bought a few of these sort of bits before and they are quite good fun but they all seem to have gone up by loads I assume its becuase valentine's day is approaching!

my theory with in laws is they actually don't like you taking their sons away!!;)

i know of mother in laws who still think that they should be the most important person in their son's life despite the fact that they have left home many years before, have moved right away from where they live, has got married and had several children!!:mad:

Also I think as a daughter in law we often feel that whatever we do is not good enough!!;)

Think you've hit the hail on the head furrypig, I do always feel what I do isn't good enough for them.

It's MIL birthday today and I made a put together a lovely basket of flavoured coffee, biscuits and chocolates, cup and saucer and a handmade coaster. Took it round at the weekend, did she say thank you, did she **** :rolleyes:
