Loving everyone's hampers - they're looking fab - loving the mushroom one!! so unexpected.... and loving the sweety one!!! oh well - must crack on 9 hampers down and only about another 10 to go!!! oh why oh why did I decide to do EVERYONE hampers!!! and I'm doing my OH 3!!! Mainly cos its his birthday on Tues!!!
Great hampers! Love them all! You spell your name the same as my best friend does...not seen anyone else do that.

I'm so annoyed with myself after spending 2 days packing my suitcase(s!) and making sure everything fits in, now I go to put the roll of cellophane across the top of the biggest case, only to find out it's about 3 inches too long!!! Grrr! Will have to shove it into the outside pocket of the case and have it sticking out the top. If anyone sees me on the tube in London on Tuesday lunchtime, wave at me! Or help me carry everything....LOL!

  • Lovely hampers everyone - its amazing to see how much work and thought has gone into each one.:T :T

I made this Christmas Eve hamper this evening for my work friend. It is a joint hamper between her 13 year old son and 2 year old son so I thought it would be really difficult to do. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.
    The contents are:

    Next Mr Lazy Pj's
    Mickey Mouse Pj's
    Santa tray
    Thomas The Tank Annual
    Girls Aloud Calender
    Set of Pens
    Pooh Christmas DvD
    M&S cracker with chocolates inside
    Santa plastic beaker and cup
    Santa mug
    Snowman soup
    Snowman chocolates
    2 Chocolate Santa lollipops
    Disney cars storage box

Not very MSE but money was not an issue for her.

Hi ladies, just popped in and thanked you all for showing your pics. Such lovely hampers from everyone and so many too.
I guess everyone is just about finished now??
I just have one pressie to wrap and 1 gift tag to make and just to buy perishable food this week. Then I'm all ready:j
Mind I've not had anywhere near as much to do as most of you.

My DD has just left Thailand and will be in Australia tomorrow and will be celebrating Christmas on Bondai Beach.

Well onwards and upwards, Valentines Day is quite near now you know:p

Wow Xmas on Bondai Beach, I can only dream...

Sounds like you're pretty organised soblivion :D I need to sort out my boys' and OH stocking pressies but not finding any time to do it. Also need to get my boys handprints onto a canvas - will be rather a messy job - and record a Xmasy message for a talking frame. The OH and I sat last night making 2 no-sew blankets for the boys Xmas Eve basket, the one he made looks much better than mine. Maybe I should enlist his help with projects for Xmas 2009 ;)
