As is stated rusty no alchol or beauty gift sets reduced but I got some lovely bits for a £1, a mug in a tin with a key ring and fridge magnet, a mug with cholate and marshemllows with little whisk and grater for £1, a photo album and frame for £2, there was stocking filler bits for children but I don't have young ones.
There is talk of the beauty and alcohol sets being reduced at a later date but I don't know.
I guess it's what you make it, if you go expecting a 50 inch LCD TV for £1(which I know you don't) then you'll be dissappointed IFYSWIM, I just went with an open mind. Somebody said some of the things are only £1 in the pound shop which I don't know if they are but we don't have any of those, so I was more than happy.
I tell you what I am more than happy ... I got 16 things ...(have just walked in) and they retail at about £70 and paid £16 for them.
Here are my goodies
Oh and I also got a 104" plasma flatscreen tv with bluray player for £1:rotfl:the kind of thing you would expect from a sale at asda

I am picking up a secret santa present for a friend who's having some problems at the moment (so he's not in the mood for presents), he needs to buy for a lady who likes gardening, dogs, films... she's about 35 I think.
Budget is £5 - any ideas?!
Am just catching up on PAGES lol, so excuse me if you already have this sorted, but Wilkinsons have a lovely set with a kneeling pad, pokey thing (to do seeds) hand cream, gloves and possibly something else? for £4.99

I believe it is nationwide, however I was joking about the tv :rotfl: I would get there quick though as I grabbed my bits, paid for them then wandered back up the aisle and there were only 6 things left :eek:Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Thanks
Unfortunately Morrisons is too far for me to go but I will have a look in the Tesco Metro tomorrow
I don't drive so I am confined to the local shops and in town all we have is a Metro and a small Sainsburys that never has anything I want
Woolworths did have some but that just happened to be the week when I had no moneyI even tried the pound stores and 99p stores in the hope they may have them in tubes but no luck.
It isn't a big deal if I have to end up getting something else, I just like to get them as they are her faves.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I am so jealous of all you people who can jump in your cars and rush off to ASDA for their special sale. It is a Bus and a taxi to ASDA for me and by the time I have got there and back, I have spent the money I saved on travel.
I have to wait until Monday when my sister is taking me up there.
Well done to everyone who got good bargains though~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
